HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping cost may vary by item.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 203 business days of placement. However, processing times may increase during holidays due to higher demand.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
You will be sent tracking information to the email used during the purchase once the order is processed. Delivery takes an estimated 7-14 days from the date of processing.
We are not responsible for delays by shipping carriers for any reason.
If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at shop@goldenwinggoods.com.
If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE
For items received that are not as we described in our listing and defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and will replace the item asap.
All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Golden Wing Goods, we aim to provide the best service possible. Please review our return policy below for non-defective items:
- Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee will be applied for non-defective items returned in 100% original condition.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We do not provide return labels.
- Eligibility: All returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date and be in their original packaging and condition.
Golden Wing Goods reserves the right to refuse returns made beyond 30 days from the delivery date or for items not meeting the return requirements.
